All orders take 3-6 days to process before shipment (depending on country).

The buyer is responsible for shipping.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price. We recommend USPS Priority for US orders.
If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf (there are special situations where Ascension will need to contact the courier.) We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please let us know if you need assistance.
All shipping costs are your responsibility. If you are exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us, and for us to ship the new item to you.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address inputted at time of purchase, buyer must pay for additional shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
For USA orders (not IG live):
Calculated by weight via your selection at check out.
IG live sales:
Usually by weight, but if I see it is more expensive than flat rate boxes (and your order will fit in them) I will select the least expensive by either including it in your listing or allowing you to select carrier at check out.
International orders (not IG live):
For orders with ONLY pendants, it is $7.
Other items will be based on weight and your selection of carrier at check out.
Orders $200 or more of mixed products (not only pendants), I will cover half of your shipping. Please message me to get your code.
Please allow for up to 14-28 days for international delivery.
IG Live sales:

International orders may incur additional fees depending on your customs office. These fees are your responsibility to pay. Should you reject your package because you do not wish to pay these fees, you will not be refunded. If the package is returned to us and you change your mind and wish to have us send the package again, you will need to pay the additional shipping fee to do so.
